INFORMATION FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

pursuant to and for the effects of EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as on the free movement of such data The company SOLEIL INTERNATIONAL S.R.L., with registered office in Via de' Guicciardini, 13 - 50125 - FLORENCEFiscal Code and VAT Number (VAT) 06074470482 (hereinafter "Data Controller"), as data controller, informs you pursuant to art. 13 of the EU Regulation n. 2016/679 (hereinafter "GDPR") that your data will be processed in the manner and for the following purposes:


1. Object of the Treatment

The Data Controller processes personal data, such as name, surname, company name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, so-called "personal data" or simply "data") that you have communicated when concluding contracts for services and / or services.


2. Processing purpose

The processing of personal data provided is aimed solely at:

a) execution of the service;

b) fulfillment of obligations established by laws connected to the service;

c) management of the service;

d) possible external professional collaborations for the fulfillment of legal obligations;

e) protection of rights deriving from the use of the service;

f) marketing activities by sending promotional and advertising material relating to products or services similar to those covered by the service;

g) activities not provided for in the previous points but still related to the progress of accession to the service.

The legal basis of the treatment is the existing relationship or service as well as the explicit consent.


3. Processing methods

The processing of your personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in art. 4 n. 2) of the GDPR and more precisely: collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data. Your personal data are subjected to both paper and electronic and / or automated processing.

The Owner based on the preferences expressed by the user in using the service can perform profiling activities with automatic tools.

The Data Controller will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes and in any case for the entire duration of the requested service.


4. Scope of communication and data access

In relation to the purposes indicated in point 2, the data may be communicated to possible external subjects (where necessary indicated as "external processors").


5. Data transfer

Personal data is stored on servers in Germany and therefore within the European Union. In any case, it is understood that the Data Controller, if necessary, will have the right to move the servers even outside the EU. In this case, the Data Controller hereby ensures that the transfer of non-EU data will take place in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.


6. Rights of the interested party

In your capacity as an interested party, you have, besides the right to propose a complaint to the Supervisory Authority, the rights listed below which you can exercise by making a specific request to the Data Controller.


Art. 15 - Right of access

The interested party has the right to obtain from the data controller confirmation that it is or is not undergoing treatment of personal data concerning him and in this case, to obtain access to personal data and information regarding the treatment.

Art. 16 - Right of rectification

The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller the correction of inaccurate personal data concerning him without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the data subject has the right to obtain the integration of incomplete personal data, also by providing an additional declaration.

Art. 17 - Right to cancellation (right to be forgotten)

The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller the deletion of personal data concerning him without undue delay and the data controller is obliged to cancel the personal data without undue delay.

Art. 18 - Right to limit the processing

The interested party has the right to obtain from the data controller the limitation of processing when one of the following hypotheses occurs:

a) the interested party disputes the accuracy of personal data, for the period necessary for the data controller to verify the accuracy of such personal data;

b) the processing is illegal and the interested party opposes the cancellation of personal data and asks instead that its use is limited;

c) although the data controller no longer needs it for processing purposes, personal data are necessary for the data subject to ascertain, exercise or defend a right in court;

d) the interested party has opposed the treatment pursuant to Article 21 (1), pending verification of the possible prevalence of the legitimate reasons of the data controller with respect to those of the interested party.

Art. 20 - Right to data portability

The data subject has the right to receive, in a structured, commonly used and automatically readable form, the personal data concerning him / her provided to a data controller and has the right to transmit such data to another data controller without impediments from part of the data controller who supplied them.

In exercising its rights relating to the portability of data in accordance with paragraph 1, the data subject shall have the right to obtain direct transmission of personal data from one controller to another, if technically feasible.

Art. 21 - Opposition right

The interested party has the right to oppose at any time, for reasons connected with his particular situation, to the processing of his personal data pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, letters e) of), including profiling on the basis of these provisions.

Art. 22 - Right not to be subjected to automated decision making, including profiling

The data subject has the right not to be subjected to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning him or which significantly affects his person.

7. Method of exercising rights

You can exercise your rights at any time by sending:
